      Pros

      Nice environment Friendly people Good managers Work life balance Good canteen Is a great place to work, there is good environment and professional people. Good career path. SKF is a solid and fair employer.

      Cons

      IT Small city The fact that SKF is in a small city is a minus but is only 26 km far from Turin. The IT service is not the best.

      Pros

      Company has a wide variety of applications/customers - eat your (technical) heart out.

      Cons

      This place is hostile by incompetence. Managers without human abilities continue to be promoted or otherwise survive one re-org after the other. Product direction is created largely by highly technical folks i.e., does not meet the market/customer and are monuments of personal whips and wishes.
