      Government type company with perks of private company.

      Pros

      Good food, nice work culture

      Cons

      Slow growth, lots of politics, world has moved to 2015 but salaries are still that of 2005, also there is strongly negative outlook internally and externally about SKF since start of 2015. The golden days are over. Unless it adapts, SKF India is headed towards doom.

      Pros

      I've worked here for few months as an intern after graduation at the university. I carried out a project related to my dissertation. I've worked with smart people and I found a good and stimulating environment where to work.

      Cons

      I found some difficulties to integrate with colleagues, but this was probably due to the few time I spent in the company.
