Pros
No pros as such. They provide transport and food which almost every companies are providing.
Cons
Manager is not at all profession with no knowledge about the process. P2P Global lead is not at all professional. She is more interested into employee's personal life rather than streamlining the process. She loves giving character certificates to her employees. HR is not strong. They do not have the power to tackle the situation. Everyone are equally involved and they make sure that people suffer in that organization. Still don't know how they have tagged their company as "Best Company to Work".
