      Pros

      My internship at SKF India Ltd in the Application Engineering and Product Development department (Bearings), provide an opportunity to assist the senior designers with CAD drafts, review the design and the assembly of bearings and to find the root cause of failure, was provided. I was awarded for being dedicated and resourceful in accomplishing the same.

      I am unable to find any cons, in working for SKF India Ltd. It was a good learning experience

      Pros

      Was intern for a short duration (2 months) but here is my overall feedback. Great guidance and motivation by seasoned engineers. Friendly work environment. Approachable higher managements. Good place for experiential learning experience.

      Cons

      No cons as such however work sometimes requires to stay beyond your daily schedule and given the remoteness of the location might be a tiring to a good extent.
