Great people, excellent company that cares for their employees, plenty of time off and little perks here and there. They promote within.

Cons

Very strict on the hours and shifts you work, only a half hour for lunch. Everyone pays attention to your breaks and having your phone out at all is a no-no. I don't enjoy being monitored. Feels like a job not a career.
