      No proper growth options. Employee just leaving as not satisfied. Short term focus. Global brand name is only pros, else ok for old people, young would find it boring. No clear vision. Poor salary. No market survey. People fool management. Only changes, its like try this or try that. Its MNC boss, not on road traffic signal
