SKF gone down hill

Pros

Still retains some good employee benefits though the pension is not available to new employees

Cons

Toxic culture. Since the new CEO started a few years ago it has become increasingly political and macho. How well you do in the company now depends on who you know not what you know (and not inadvertently upseting Alrik the CEO who fires people on a whim) and HR is now only there to protect management.
