Pros

Employees empowerment at every hierarchical level Responsible role from day one of your joining stringent recruitment process ensures that smart people get to join the company

Cons

Unethical company : I could see a new Jaguar car for the country head a few months ago, whereas some employees were asked to leave SKF in the very next month. The interesting thing to notice was that the employees were forced to write resignation letter because country-head did not want the news of lay-off to go public. Poor Ex-employee service: Don't expect good hospitality from HR or finance after you are not part of the company Managers try to make fool: Especially production managers used to make fool out of their leaders by hiding the production scraps and cooking up interesting stories (blaming on other departments)

Pros

Good food, nice work culture

Cons

Slow growth, lots of politics, world has moved to 2015 but salaries are still that of 2005, also there is strongly negative outlook internally and externally about SKF since start of 2015. The golden days are over. Unless it adapts, SKF India is headed towards doom.
