Great learning opportunities. Especially if you have a mechanical engineering background. Work life and family life is well balanced. Lots of different departments to work with, so lots of opportunities to grow. Decent Annual hikes - On an average 10% people get for full achievement. I dont know which person posted little hike? Probably an underperformer
