Good Organization but good department depends on Managers

Work life balance, Good Policies, 5 days per month WFH, nice culture, very strict on POSH

Cons

Managers have too much power, some managers often don't allow you to follow company policies like leaves, WFH, flexible timing etc. Often HR succumbs to Manager decision. if you raise voice against managers, next appraisal you will be put in PIP. Too much Micromanagement by Manager.

Good vacation, 401k, and decent health benefits

Cons

They make business decisions based on DEI. They will put themselves out of business in 10 years. They do not recognize USA anymore it is America's. These people celebrate gay pride month and ignore 4th of July as well as veterans. They want zero emissions by 2030 regardless of it kills the company.

the engineers and sales team will not support you to grow here. Very rude and not providing you a respectful and MNC culture at all. always ready to throw challenges at you. not for you if you are changing industry. will expect you to be perfect within 1 month. much ado about nothing. I left the company within 3 months.
