Gained extensive experience in different industries - power generation (traditional and renewable), steel, mining, cement, pulp and paper, food and beverage, manufacturing, petrochemicals, oil and gas, building maintenance

Cons

Low salary. New Company cars are for managers who stays in the office. Field service engineers get no new cars. No room for growth and promotion. Best to leave after gaining experience for 1 to 2 years.
