1. Good work environment; the team's leader is also reasonable. I get to learn a lot from my colleagues. 2. SHEIN Clubs are so fun; you get to meet new people.

Cons

1. The elevator in our building takes about 10-20 minutes of waiting time to get in—what a waste of time. 2. No gym or dining hall.
