Pros

- The company has a number of programs, events and values relating to employee appreciation, inclusion and well-being. - It is a company that is constantly under construction (mainly in the Brazil operation), so it has a dynamic working environment and no major bureaucratic process limitations. - It has an active HR partner who is always willing to listen to criticism and change for the good of the employee. - Incredible events and parties that constantly outdo themselves - Professionals in all areas with a big heart, empathy and humanity - As a company that changes a lot, it presents good opportunities - They value employees who show commitment - A company that cares about inclusion and tries to work every day to develop this value, which is extremely freeing - It presents great opportunities to get to know another culture and practice interlanguage communication

Cons

- It's a company with a dynamic profile. Something that can be positive or negative, it depends on the person. For someone who has worked in more rigid and extremely bureaucratic companies, this freedom and dynamism can be very positive.

Pros

I've been with the company for a year and I really like it! Working at Shein is fulfilling my dream of working for a company that I'm a fan of! I love my team, my leader and I love dealing with my sellers! I consider that I have a great balance between personal and professional life, I feel respected and valued. In Brazil, we have a great HR team that is always concerned with reviewing things and improving benefits.

Cons

The company is new in Brazil and is still adapting to the culture. I see a lot of effort from the leadership and HR team in making the headquarters understand what Brazilian culture is like and which points need to be more flexible!

Pros

User centered design philosophy: Excellent companies prioritize user experience, ensuring that product design revolves around the needs, habits, and expectations of users. Culture of Innovation and Creativity: Encourage employees to propose new ideas, constantly explore new design possibilities and technological applications, and provide users with novel and valuable product experiences. Cross departmental collaboration: A good internal communication mechanism enables interaction designers to work closely with engineers, product managers, and others to jointly create high-quality products. Powerful technical support: With advanced technology and tool support, it can help interaction designers implement design solutions more efficiently and iterate quickly. Emphasize feedback and testing: Collect feedback from real users through user research, usability testing, and other methods, continuously optimize products, and ensure that design decisions are based on actual data rather than assumptions. Training and Development Opportunities: Provide professional training courses or resources to help interaction designers improve their skills and keep up with industry developments. Positive working environment: Create an open and inclusive working atmosphere that makes designers feel respected and supported, thereby stimulating their creativity and work enthusiasm. Brand influence: If a company has a high level of recognition in the industry, it not only helps attract outstanding talents, but may also bring more project resources and display platforms for designers. Social responsibility: A corporate culture that focuses on sustainable development and social responsibility can encourage designers to consider how to promote social welfare through design and create products with positive impact.

Cons

Opportunities for continuous learning and growth: Although we already have a very talented team, providing the latest training and learning resources in a rapidly changing technological environment can help us stay at the forefront of the industry. Internal communication process: We have efficient cross departmental collaboration, but sometimes the speed and clarity of information transmission can be further improved to ensure that all team members can obtain necessary information in a timely manner, thereby advancing the project more smoothly. User feedback mechanism: We value user feedback and strive to integrate it into product design. In the future, we can explore more methods to directly collect user feedback, so that our products can better meet the needs of users. Work life balance: We encourage employees to pursue personal and professional success, while also recognizing the importance of maintaining a healthy work life balance. Exploring how to better support this goal may improve overall happiness and productivity. Transparency in decision-making process: We have achieved a high degree of transparency in many aspects, but for certain key decisions, adding more background information sharing or consulting with relevant stakeholders in advance may make the entire team better understand and support these decisions. Support for innovative culture: The company has always encouraged innovative thinking, but in some cases, the process of transforming new ideas into practical actions may be slow. Accelerating this process or providing more support for experimental projects can better unleash our innovation capabilities.
