      Upper management is sketchy and is efficient at exploiting / You'll earn and grow more at a smaller company

      Young and sometimes cool coworkers plus dogs in office

      Cons

      Severely low pay for tasks, no room for growth, company has a long history of not paying their employees overtime leading to a pattern of lawsuits, backwards social responsibility (unfortunately, they will never stop stealing designs), managers don't know what their workers do

      - Friendly local staff - Local staff would communicate with you as much as possible

      Cons

      - Terrible management - Strong office politics - promotions only happen out of desperation (high turnover rate) - Onshore staff would communicate things late to you so you would tend to work out of shift - Little accountability and biased against offshore staff - Pay was horrible too; everyone I know was underpaid
