None, managers and some team members are toxic.

Cons

PLEASE BE AWARE OF MANAGEMENT ! They play favorites, some of the girls on that team are unprofessional. Please do not join this company especially the influencers team be aware they fabricate lies in the interviews. Also, they have some girls on their team that always go to influencers events and participate in unprofessional activities while working and management covers for them. Management protects this unprofessional behavior because of personal relationships with some of the girls in the influencer team. Some team members go to events to socialize and make connections instead of taking care of business.
