You won't be trusted, if you have any good idea better keep it to yourself. If you don't agree with something as you see issues and have a solution again keep it to yourself as one man show here. Worst work life balance. And very bad office politics plus a very toxic working environment. Everyone knows who is the main cause but all are silent.
