Pros

There's a lot of room for personal and developmental growth. Decent benefits and good employee recognition parties.

Cons

Some employees are overworked and work hard while others just sit around playing with their phones and then end up being recognized as good employees!!! At SGS no one appreciates what you do for them even though you go well above and beyond your responsibilities. The worst nightmare for an employer is when their good employees decide to leave and upon leaving they want to fix everything by renegotiation. Oh and there is no proper training in place so you're on your own!!!

Lots of overtime opportunity, friendly people and co-workers. Good for in between job, big company.

Cons

Low pay, some labor intensive work, no benefits for contracts.
