Pros

You work by yourself. No boss standing over your back hounding you. You get paid an hourly wage do if your in traffic you still get paid. Mileage reimbursement. Lots of overtime potential

Cons

Lots of driving to appointments. They give you easy to many appointments to complete for one day. Sometimes job can be frustrating

Flexibility to run territories like your own business. The companies long history and gloabl reach. The companies ability to be your sole global partner for many requirements.

Cons

The company struggles with poor internal communication, weak corporate culture. Executive management does not know the business, all they look at is profit and loss. Too many family members working at the company and in management positions.
