      Great for people with families. Very flexible schedules. Management is very accommodating.

      Having to work out in the cold but that comes with the territory.

      Hi! Thanks for taking the time to write a review. I also think SGS is great for people with families but also without! We do provide flexible schedules to support work-life balance. I’m sure it can be cold sometimes working in the field. You may want to raise this with your management to find a solution (maybe providing you with warmer clothes and boots). Keep up the hard work!       Flat hierarchy structure, no growth The culture of protecting yourself by sending emails rather than talking face to face. Every 4 years change of leadership styles and culture due to rotation of directors
