      Good learning experience. Challenging environment.

      Cons

      Very low pay compared to the level of work and responsibility required. Very stressful. High paced. Long hours and weekends. Say goodbye to your life, especially for new employees. Did I mention minimum wage pay? Cannot afford to start a life or even pay off student loans with this kind of salary.

      At first the Pro’s was all the over time we can handle.

      Cons

      They refused to pay us mileage, wanted us to drive 2 hours away from home and eat the cost of the fuel and wear and tear on our vehicle. Then they took all the over time away, then they made us walk miles and expected us to reach our quota ? Worse management I have ever seen. No on knows what is truly going on. Everything is a secret. Worse Compmay I have ever worked for.
