      Pros

      The laboratory at SGS MSI has very hard working people that are dedicated and loyal. Fair minded management and flexible hours. Pay is very fair.

      Cons

      Company management is unstable. High turnover. Frequently hire people who know nothing about the field. Not much room for advancement.

I am sorry you felt the company management was unstable and not as knowledgeable as you felt. As an employee for so many years you should have felt free to speak about your concern with your manager.
