      - colleagues are professional, kind and helpful; everyone will do their best to help you if you need support - many different teams (lab-based and non lab-based) and supportive managers, making it easy for lateral transitions - flexibility: possibility to work remote or hybrid in some roles, flexible working hours when needed - possibility to take career break for personal reasons - possibility for promotion; people are not stuck in dead-end jobs - good benefits: private healthcare, private pension, Christmas voucher, birthday off - commitment to make a positive impact in the community: support local charities, match funding, 1 volunteer day per year

      - Salary could be better - Annual bonus not a guarantee - Transparency from upper management could be improved - Diversity could be improved, by opening more internship opportunities for international students
