      The boss was really nice

      Cons

      No schedule because you work off trains. There was a coworker who seemed to be a mild psychopath. The manager seemed to know this particular employee wasn’t trustworthy but they were available to work whenever so they tolerated other more senior employees struggled to get along with her.

      Good if you want your career to stall

      Promotions are not based on anything apart from a popularity contest. Lab management is joke with critical reagents always running out or cannot be found. Employees treated like the problem when there is a glaring management issue. 10% bonus was 1% this year.
