      A great business but frustrating

      A lot of wonderful talented people across the world, committed to pushing the business forwards and to seeking out new opportunites

      Cons

      A number of other people who only look at their own little bit of the business and operate without a care for the business as a whole. Poor compensation compared with the market unless the business line is a trendy one

      Steady working environment with good pay.

      Pros

      Steady work little chance of being layed off. This company has lower level promotion oppurtunitys. Large company expantion to other sites around the world.

      Cons

      Lower managment can be quite incompitent and cares little for employee personal issues (ex school, family). Work overload at times and schedule can change by the day.

      An OK place to pick up experience and leave. Co-workers are civil Multiple year contracts with state agencies allows for some stability

      Cons

      Upper management fails to learn from their mistakes. Management has extremely poor communication skills. Management likes to gossip about their employees. Management's favorite quote - 'You should be happy you have a job'
