A great variety of global employment opportunities across all the busniess lines.

Cons

No clear growth strategy except to put pressure on employees to do more with less. Business model seems to be to assimilate small, profitable companies to support a burdensome, inefficient corporate bureaucracy. High potential for unethical behavior.

Pros

Depending on the business line and your SVP, you are given full autonomy to perform your duties. Ideas are very well accepted; however, at the end of the day financial performance dictates what you can and can not do.

Cons

In order to retain top talent the organization needs to compensate via market guidlines. The majority of compensation is below the market average for this position.
