There is always an opportunity for career development. It is a result/performance base organization. Financial performance is always a KPI. Integrity has been blended within organization as a culture.

Cons

Less training provided. Self trained. Keep focusing only on growth, budget & LC (profit).

Pros

Flexibility in work hours, above average benefits, equipment is maintained fairly well.

Cons

Not proactive in trying to stay profitable. Would much rather cut expenses instead of finding new way to generate income. Management has a tendency to have tunnel vision and not willing to look at the larger picture to see what is going on.
