Friendly lab staff. Was a great place to work when I started there.

Cons

Top heavy management. No understanding of production timelines. Very little regard for employee safety. Management misleading about compensation, work hours, etc.

Pros

Opportunities to perform on a variety of work projects. Some co-workers were friendly. Opportunities to take on as much responsibility as one wanted.

Cons

Highly revenue driven company so quality of work was not always prioritized. Management has little technical knowledge so is unable to properly understand and support workloads of technical personnel. Significant holes in training. Often a single training session was all that was provided before an employee would be left alone to complete tasks, and no one reviewed work to ensure job performed adequately. (Tasks were sometimes performed incorrectly and clients received poor results.)

The company offers awesome benefits that are not offered with other companies or industries. These benefits include the mandatory statutory benefits, HMO, accident insurance, company savings and retirement benefits, rice allowance, cost of living allowance, medical & dental benefits, one-time optical benefit and many more. The company also caters various trainings and seminars that are provided for its employees for career growth and productivity with the assigned position. Salary is also above industry standards.

Cons

Company policies which employees do not roughly adhere in to. Unprofessional work environment and colleagues. Stressful work conditions (for field works) depending on the assigned position. Bossy and inconsiderate superiors/supervisors.
