The people were friendly and new facility was ok

Cons

Low pay as others have mentioned. Managers don't know/care and are ineffective. Lots of ideas but no follow through on the managers part. Also new ideas tend to be frowned upon. To get ahead its all about favouritism. Best advice is to leave when you get the chance.

Really international experience and possibility to execute interesting projects; good environment while you're participating in such international project or cooperate with colleagues

Cons

Local management in the region - hired on "relatives" principles - so no real managers / leaders.
