Too much decision-making is centralised in Geneva, not enough in the regional hubs. Sales + marketing teams need to work closer together.

Corporate culture is great. Lots of training available for everyone interested

Cons

Jobs can become mechanical in the long run and career forward movement is staggering. Despite all the training attended, it doesn't always translate to a career. There's an invisible ceiling.
