A very stable company with global reach in presence in 150 countries around the world which makes the job easier working with global companies needing services anywhere!

Difficult to get useful information and data for affiliates in timely manner when needed

Better than being unemployed. Decent benefits.

Cons

Horrible micromanaging, no company direction, high turnover rate, low morale amongst employers, "management vs. employee" mentality, no recognition for the good work, management does whatever they can to exert their power over you, in order to move up, you must suck up to management.
