Pros
Most employee team is friendly. Be cautious though, few employees spy for the management and will go tell them everything you talk in private.
Cons
During the term I worked there countless people got fired (though they have like 30 employees in total). Those who got fired including long term employees who are pillars of the organization; management use them as scapegoats. Guess what, the manager's who fire the employees; they also get fired within the next few months. This is an ongoing process there every month. The top management treat you like commodity. You'll be made to work between 60-80 hours a week on a regular basis. In spite of your outstanding work, you'll continue to get average rating every year end (but all managers get higher ratings so they get bonus) so you'll not get yearly raise/bonus. Employees are paid below market rate; so the managers and VPs can get high raises and bonuses. Stay away (OR) go struggle there yourself.
