Pros

- Boss is good about taking vacation, doctors appointments, being sick - get a 0.50 cent pay increase every 6 months for 2 years - can get overtime hours if need more money

Cons

- management can't handle disputes well - toxic work environment - company promotes gossip and lies to get ahead - management has no HR training and can come off as rude/favors one employee over another regardless of work ethic - only get 6 paid holidays a year - will undergo furlows when not busy, cutting your work hours and thus your pay - don't get salary increases based on performance - low company morale
