      As a global company, their are opportunities all around the world. Great opportunities to build experience

      Cons

      US division under-compensates. Foreign executive management makes it difficult to find career opportunities. Often hires from outside rather than promote from within for management career track.

      Great work atmosphere, some training provided, gives benefits from first day, certain equipment supplied

      Cons

      Little room for advancement. Great for entry level jobs, but not a ton of room for a career. Like pulling teeth for a promotion.
