Pros

Paid Vacation, Pretty good medical package, provided uniforms, good coffee and the occasional free cold pizza.

Cons

Excessive micromanagement. Managers/Shift leads spend more time running around questioning "the help" than actually being productive themselves. As an employee or "the help" you WILL be held responsible for anything that goes wrong unless you spend 40% of your workday logging and recording your every move. Very low morale and zero loyalty among the help. Training is ...... well, your mileage may vary due to the buggy software and outdated hardware and analysers.

Established great working relationships with clients both internal and external.

Cons

Being that we were an acquisition, moving forward jobs are hired at corporate levels and there is no more room for advancement at our facility

Get paid to learn, then move on quickly.

Cons

At best 2% pay raise once every 2-3 years. Poor management, poor communication, no bonuses, no real cost-of-living raises, no merit raises, lots of turnover, no consistency.
