Great opportunities to improve processes through new systems implementations. Also processes can be considerably improved. Good people. Good atmosphere. Good location

Cons

The complex matrix organization at the top doesn't allow move quicker. Each decision must be validated over and over again. This is the largest opportunity for the organization.

- big gap between higher management and middle management/ executive/ employees - training not properly constructed - average pay - average benefit

Great opportunities to learn and grow if you're looking to get your foot in the door to work in a refinery. Good benefits, decent pay, good health insurance

Cons

Long hours. Training program was also poorly constructed. I have a newly individual trying to train me while he doesn't know the job completely
