Good salary (You must ask for one while in interview) Breakfast Transport (up to thane and one more is there) LTA and other facilities Good managment Good working atmosphere

Cons

Very rare chances for promotion specially in inspection department (mumbai office) salary increment round 8-10% NO TECHNICAL work though you have been recruited as Inspection ENGINEER Very rare chances to have same working profile in other companies so jumping is limited
