Management isn't breathing down your neck 24/7 and trust you to deliver without delving into micromanaging.

Cons

You're just as disposable as the next poor soul who is hired by SGF. One day they will fire you with little to no justification and left on your own because some client said so and they will offer zero options to you. Benefits are non-existent, pay has to be negotiated extensively.
