Pros

Good payment rates for time interpreted and logged in, paid break, paid days after a year if you need an specific schedule they are very flexible and understanding

Cons

Is not as freelance as promised sudden reduction of workable timeframe strict mandatory schedules lots of employees in the same team have different contracts you can have b2b everyday or 5 mins free in every call depending on your luck

Great place to start!

Pros

They offer a semi-intensive paid training program in case you'd like to start out as an interpreter. The work environment is just great, Management keeps you updated everyday. The work flow is amazing and they can be pretty flexible in terms of licenses or absences.

Cons

No cons from them at this time. There are some political issues that can affect our position as interpreters in general, but the company has prioritized it's workers and that's amazing.
