      Stable in terms of job security. Strong union. Good exposure and learning experience. Friendly and welcoming culture.

      Cons

      Poor management in implement changes to operations. Implementation are always force down to the ground without proper change management. Old school management. Basic benefits for new joiners compared to other companies. High turnover rate.
