      Mostly older employees. Find myself working with people 20+ years older then me consistently.

      Beautiful campus, great benefits, interesting work depending on which version of the platform you are working on. Plenty of internal resources for training and education.

      Cons

      The digital transformation is weighed down by 40 years of technical debt. Employees working on legacy and one-level-back platform -- while they are responsible for bulk of revenue -- are less valued and less secure.
