Pros
Generally, a fabulous company to work for. Genuinely seems to care about their employees welfare. People are generally friendly, professional and supportive. Still has a family feel about it, which gives SAS a unique culture. Great work environment with a very nice Head Office in Marlow. Excellent technology that can add huge value to their customers.
Cons
A lot of change is taking place, and some of it is not being handled well. Have lost some real talent recently, and some new key influencers have a decidedly un-SAS style and agenda.
