      Middle management is a bit lost ... Many have never even used the software. Lots of "experts" who base their knowledge on reading training decks

      Great Company if you work out of the HQ

      Great benefits and excellent work environment.

      Cons

      If you don't work out of the HQ, you are at a disadvantage. It's all about who you know, since many jobs are filled internally and are never posted externally. Opportunities in regional offices are limited unless you are in Sales or Professional Services. Departments tend to be reorged every few years, which makes things a bit unsettled for employees.
