      - Best company to work for is really visible in work culture - Very business oriented (for an IT company)

      Cons

      SAS - Internal oriented culture - start to lose sometimes the feeling with reality - Not the very best salaries - Because of best place to work for culture, they rarely fire bad performers (in the lower functions), -- resulting in bad performers stay working here very long - which must to be compensated by the few very excellent performers
