      Pros

      Excellent company to work for with good benefits, great office space and surroundings. Staff are helpful to each other whenever possible.

      Cons

      Poor Professional Services Management in UK with little or no understanding of what the work of their staff involves on a day to day basis. Random decision making that appears to have no substance.

      Pros

      Great place to work. Great food, esp the Sushi, lush soccer fields, awesome gym and swimming pool. Great hiking trail at the heart of the campus.

      Cons

      Not many cons. However I wish there were better financial management tools, for example there are very few options for our 401K. The release schedule could be more predictable.

      Pros

      It is a great place to work. I worry about what it will be like when Jim Goodnight retires, etc. The benefits are amazing and the people that work here are very smart.

      Cons

      I worry about the cost of the product and that it will be priced out of the market leaving employees out of work. SAS market share has been declining for a while due to the innovation of lower cost or free products.
