Great team, great products, management has clear strategic vision and it helps the team.

good benefits. Initially, a great culture.

Cons

It takes a lot of time and effort to build a culture, but it can be ruined in a blink. Great products don't help when there is lack of customer orientation, lack of strategy and poor awareness of where the market is heading. The company has moved too slow and it seems as if it is collapsing. SAS need to re-invent their way of thinking, to become more customer oriented and change from inside-out to outside-in. The company needs to change its ways of thinking and comparing the sales work to hockey hasn't been the right cure.As country managers were swapped out, the company culture went down the drain.

The company is full of innovative and talented people. The industry is growing and it is good to be part of an organization that is the market leader.

Cons

Politics within the higher levels of leadership get in the way of a unified focus on external competition. This has improved over the past year.
