      - Immense amounts of talent and expertise within the company - A powerful product capable to doing amazing things

      Cons

      - Previously outstanding corporate culture slowly but surely degrading - Senior management appear to be unable to provide effective leadership, especially after regional-to-global management realignment - Benefits applied so unevenly as to be almost useless - particularly with regard to work/life balance

      SAS Viya is good technology that offers customers a lot Some great technical people in region and head office Lovely offices and facilities

      Cons

      Regional and country management do not understand AI and the value that it can bring. There are more interested in internal sales processes and do not offer vision / leadership Reputation in the market place is that SAS isboring old school but not cool "old skool" Too many products and solutions so lack of focus and expertise. Need to rationalise

      Good benefits, health care on campus (In Cary)

      Cons

      Pay is not very competitive, benefits are getting eroded yearly, they talk about work-life balance, but they expect 60+ hours per week of work, no room for promotions or growth.
