      Pros

      Great people, Great benefits especially if you are local to headquarters. Work life balance was ok.

      Cons

      Leadership talks a good game but it’s all talk and nothing more- Strategy doesn’t exist beyond sound bites spoken at all hands meetings. Soloed organizations compete with each other like children seeking approval of their parent. High level of internal disfunction.

      Nice work environment in Cary. Nice benefits. Nice people.

      Cons

      Cultish environment, strong believe that their way is the right way because it's SAS. Don't realize that there are smart people outside of the company. Too many people who have not worked outside the company previously. Such a strong belief in analytics that the company does not invest in things like workflow, and GUI that make for a good user experience.
