Pros

Great products - the technology is excellent Expertise in pre-sales and in customer success is extremely high and the teams work very well. Overall very good people.

Cons

Random decisions from the very top mean regular changes in direction Rarely is a decision made in the best interest of the customer Management will run an agenda and filter all information contrary to that agenda Broken systems and processes, arbitrary approvals and decision making

Pros

The overall culture is nice and everyone is great to work with. They encourage you to continue learning and have a very large training budget.

Cons

Specifically in the consulting sector, there is less and less work actually allocated. They strive themselves on a culture that doesn’t fire but that means new projects become a blood bath. There is also way too much diversification among areas. The shift to AI has made some components of the company irrelevant anymore.
