      Academic, quirky, nice perks, low stress/turnover

      Pros

      Benefits and on-campus perks are nice. Flexible work hours. Good ability to balance family and personal life. Once you're in, it's pretty easy to stay in, if you want to. Generally loose, unstructured management style, in my experience.

      Cons

      Pretty strong sense of "entitlement" among employees. There is a bit of a "club" atmosphere at the higher levels, that you're either in or out of. A fair amount of pressure to conform.

      No work life balance in Sg office

      Pros

      Good staff welfare N pantry is full of goodies. New office with tables fitted to take care of employees health. Thumbs up.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Being a IT company, internally, system cannot follow up with the company's needs. Alot of manual and duplication of work. Supervisor incapability worsen the issue of OTs.

      Solid compensation package and benefits Flexible working environment (work at the office or from home)

      Cons

      Organization is going through a massive global re-organization of their sales teams. Executive management team is 'hush, hush' about what's going on internally, given the company is private and owned by an eccentric billionaire in North Carolina. No strategic focus. Company is mired in legacy offerings. No cloud strategy in 2017.
