Cons
1. Compensation needs to be reviewed as its below market stds 2. Has been growing slower than market - however, the cloud transition seems to be now helping it grow. 3. The Sales & Marketing Unit ( SAS India) needs more vibrancy in its culture- it lacks the energy found in other peer organizations. HR needs to be more proactive in this area. 5. Job rotation doesn't happen as such - so you might get bored. 4. Older employees aren't treated as well - from a compensation standpoint.
